Joselyn's grew up playing the clarinet in her school concert and marching bands, singing in the church choir, and began taking piano lessons after college. She received her first bachelor's degree in elementary education and taught 2nd-4th grades in the metro Atlanta area for 13 years. However, the call of music became stronger in her heart. Eventually, she answered the call to pursue her interests in music and enrolled full-time at Full Sail Real World Education and subsequently Georgia State University to obtain both a degree in recording arts and music management. After finishing up at Georgia State University she founded Joselyn's Music Studio to provide fun music lessons that build both character and self-esteem.
